Installing
Install TAB plugin and drag it to plugins folder. (Tab; https://github.com/NEZNAMY/TAB/releases)
Install Citizens plugin and drag it to plugins folder. (Citizens; https://ci.citizensnpcs.co/job/Citizens2/)
Install GadgetsMenu plugin and drag it to plugins folder. (GadgetsMenu; https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/gadgetsmenu-1-8-1-20-free.10885/)
Run startforwindows.bat and begin to configure server.
